Jenna takes a collaborative and active approach to therapy. She draws upon clients’ existing strengths and innate wisdom while offering new perspectives and practical tools to support meaningful change. Jenna completed her B.A. in Psychology at the University of Guelph before receiving her Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University. From there, Jenna has worked in community mental health, education, and alongside medical doctors in primary care settings. Jenna considers herself a lifelong learner, and has attained additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
